I am kind of in the middle. I've heard that about 30lb total gain is what your average women needs to gain during the entire pregnancy. 7 is the most a person who is at their ideal weight might gain during the first trimester. Your total gain will be more if you are underweight or less if you are already overweight. I am eating whenever I'm hungry, but I am trying to eat good stuff because at the moment I don't really have any cravings. But I also workout because I know that I have the potential to gain too much if I don't workout. Plus since I exercised regularly before I got prego, I think it is important that I keep it up.

I think im going to start walking on the treadmill, just for some exercise considering its winter here now and freezing!

Oh, I don't exercise outside. I have "the firm" videos that I was doing before I got prego. I am gonna continue that for a couple of weeks or until the end of the first trimester. Then I will start doing my prenatal workouts. I bought a bunch of them last year when I was prego.

I dont ever work out at all. But when its nice we got for lots of bike rides and walks adn stuff...Wont be able to do that for a few months now.

I'm no good at exercising either...but I still walk around a lot between clinicals and my job....better than nothing, right?
