cranberry pills

Hi ladys. I want to know if any of you took cranberry pills during your pregnancy and if you did what brand is best and how often should I take them? Thanks in advance.

Cranberry pills for what?

They help prevent uti. I am prone to uti's during my pregnancy and the two commont antibiotics to treat them i am a llergic to them. I heard taking cranberry pills help prevent uti's.

I'd ask your doc/midwife.

i always have uti's. i love to take azo cranberry pills, and i feel like they do wrok to prevent issues. ive had 3 uti's so far this pregnancy (i have stopped taking them in 2010 because i had my gallbladder removed, and was told there was no more issues with uti's). i asked my doctor about the azo pills about 2 weeks ago, and she told me they were perfectly fine to take! good luck! hope you dont have any issues!!
