R.I.P :(

At 2am this morning my grandmother passed. She was complaining of shortness of breath since Sunday. She finally decides to call the ambulance (she lived in senior living apartments). The EMT's arrive and she is talking to them and laughing...but as they hit the hallway she suddenly has a major heart attack. They tried to resuscitate but to no avail. She died before she even made it out the apartment building.

I am sad and crying but Im glad. My grandmother suffered from elephantiasis, lymphoma, heart disease and severe diabetes. Im glad her sickness and suffering is over. Rest Well Mama Chestine. Sing for the angels for me.

 

Very sorry to hear of the loss of your Grandma.   Mine have been gone for years, and I miss them terribly! May she rest in peace.

I'm very sorry   I lost my Grandma 3 years ago and it was the worst day of my life so far.

Thank you all. Im trying to deal, I fel it would have been easier if I knew she was going to pass soon, but she had been doing well these past few weeks. But at least she died smiling...

My grandma passed when I was 6, I'm 24 now. The pain never goes away.

No my Big Mama is still alive and well. Talked to her last night when my biological dad called me with the news. This is my fathers mother, my Mama Ches.

So sorry for the loss of your grandmother. I lost mine five years ago and there isn't a day that goes by where she doesn't cross my mind. Hugs!
