How do i teach a Preemie to breastfeed after being taught the bottle in the NICU my daughter breastfeeds 1-3 times barely

Just put her to the breast as much as possible. Let stay on as long as she wants.

I have been trying to do that she gets frustruated with the flow of the breastmilk because she is used to the bottle, i even try when she is not too hungry, but i will keep trying thank you so much

Try to put her to it whenever you get the chance. I was in the same position with my daughter (29 wkr) I was never able to get her to feed from the breast. She was just to small to stay latched properly. I pumped for 3 months and dried up. Just make sure she is keeps gaining weight. That was the one thing that made it so I had to give up all together and formula feed

Wow its sooo hard ima keep trying though ive her docs appt on Friday ill know if she has gained weight from her last discharge check up   she seems more heavier to me, im going to try latch her on when she is not too hungry and see how she does
