Relax, eat healthy stay fit, stressing will cause more damage, if your not bleeding everythings fine

It's VERY normal...

Ex's SO had to come to my house and FORCE me to put the babys room together because I was so scared I was going to do all this and something go wrong.
Im also scared for my best friend who is 12 weeks pregnant.

The second that baby was implanted, you became a mother, and mothers always worry about their baby forever and ever.

Remember, EVERYTHING happens for a reason.

Good luck and sticky dust. <3

I would say just eat healthy, no smoking, drugs, alcohol, no otc medication not approved by a doctor, take your prenatals, drink water. Worrying won't get you anywhere honestly.

I had a miscarriage when I was 19 ( 4 yrs ago ) I was 11 weeks along and it was particularly brutal because I had seen the beans heartbeat on a scan a few days before. I had to have surgery... and honestly the whole week I was in the hospital was the worst time of my life and i had post traumatic stress afterwards. But now I am 34 weeks pregnant and I've got to tell you, you will likely NEVER stop worrying, I guess its just what we're programmed to do as mothers. Really! I worried about miscarriage until my first scan, then I worried about abnormal defects.. then stillbirth and every scan I've been to they've said she's perfect and im perfect and nothing could be better and I still don't believe it, but i guess i wont until shes here.

What i would like to add though... the difference in these pregnancies are obvious, with the first I had no symptoms and I had pink/red spotting throughout the entire thing... This pregnancy, i had a brown spotting at the start and ALOT of crappy symptoms.

Sorry for long reply but its normal to worry.. Im still worrying at 34 weeks along lol just try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy   xx

i was the same exact way the entire time i was pregnant with my son and still am now that hes 10 months. the feeling never goes away after they are born you have to worry about sids and everything else. my entire pregnancy i was always doing exactly what i thought i should be doing. i didnt drink coffee soda eat chocolate. didnt take medication not even for a horrible headache.if ididnt think it was safe it didnt go in my body. but all of those things thats just me being a weirdo. most women do all of those things in moderation and are just fine. Do what you know is healthy for you and your baby and im sure youll be just fine
