Yep. I haven't done chicken taquitos before. I have an uneasy feeling they won't turn out right, so I haven't attempted it.

All I know is that his partner is going through a hard time relationship wise right now. She left him with all these bills to pay, and he makes less then DH. I mean for 13 hours it's him and DH in an ambulance all day, and some days they are so busy they don't have time to walk into a place to order food to go.

I haven't met his partner yet (I guess he lives on the other side of Albuquerque). I do ask husband to invite him over if I am making big meals and what not though.

They don't stay closed for me. The only way I am successful with them is using the tongs until they fry closed. I have a lot of Silvadine on hand though. Haha.

Oh I love baking too! Sadly since we moved into this house it has both a gas stove and oven. I have never used a gas oven before, so for some reason I can't get my baking recipes right anymore.  

I have been looking for a good recipe for fried ice cream however. The only way I have ever made it is coating a scoop of ice cream in Corn Flakes, letting it get rock hard in the freezer and then putting it on broil for 5 minutes. It didn't seem right to me though.

So if anyone comes across an amazing Fried Ice Cream recipe , please, do share it with me!
