Alright ladies, so I have been on my weight loss journey for the past two years. In the beginning of everythig, I have lost roughly 80 some pounds since the start and many many many inches. I am proud of what I have done so far, but at this point am feeling kind of stuck. I am having a tough time getting rid of my love handles and toning my thighs. I know that my body could be much worse, considering I have been there; however, I feel there is always room for improvement. I have lost most of my exercise through Jillian Michaels. She has been a god sent. I also go to the gym whenever I can work it around my college courses and my daughter. I do my very best to drink my 8 glasses of water and for the most part have a good eating habits. I don't have a diet that I follow or anything, I just do my best to eat healthy. I eat lost of fresh produce, I do lots of juicing, I do my best to follow Canada's Food Guide.
P.s. Excuse my laudry.. just finally got a new washer after moving into our new place (not much time for a laundromat) , and hubby just got back from his shift.
