what's your favorite way to cook squash?

i have a butternut squash and an acorn squash and i have no idea what to do with either. Share your recipies!! TIA

tinfoil package on a grill   add somes spices maybe some onions or sweet peppers yum yum!

Steamed with lemon and cracked pepper or grilled on a skewer.

Saute it with other vegetables, or put cornmeal on it and fry them like fried pickles.

Squash casserole (really easy), battered and fried, or sautee'd w/ onions.

Butternut squash - I either cube it and roast it or steam it. Add butter and cinnamon.

Acorn squash - split in half, keep skin on scoop out the seeds. Pre-cook in oven cut side down until slightly mooshy. Add something to the middle. I've used stuffing mix, cheese and vegis, or butter-cinnamon& brown sugar.
