Self defense D&D

posted 25th Sep
In this scenario, there is man 1, man 2 and a teen boy.
Man 1 molests, possibly rapes teen boy for MONTHS. Man 2 knows something weird is going on but doesn't know what exactly. Teen goes after man 1 with a knife, man 2 pulls him off. Man 1 goes after man 2. Man 2 fights back and ends up accidentally throwing him into teen who is still holding the knife and he gets stabbed. Is that considered self-defense?

Man 2 accidentally throws Man 1 into the knife the boy is holding? Self defense? I just think that is bad luck.

Yeah, the teen is standing holding a huge ass butcher knife up against the wall and man 2 tries to throw man 1 off of him and ends up running him into the knife.

Seems like a clustersmurf of bad fortune. I'd say self defense. Sort of. Is there an option for accident? lol

Since the man was accidentally stabbed by being thrown into the knife, I'd say Man 2 would be self-defense.

The teen could be charged possibly, since he brought the knife and did attack man 1, but given the circumstances I'd guess that his mental state would give leeway to him not to be charged.

It was pretty crazy. And they didn't try to cover it up, they called 911 right away.
