I'm so sorry honey. I would tell him rehab or its over. I know thats hard, but if not your just repeating the cycle.

Sounds like red flags to me. It would have been one thing if he had just started again, since you already knew that he had had a problem with them previously, but he's starting to take money from you as well. I want to say that you should just leave, but if he's as good with your daughter as you say, then I'd try to get him some help first.
But if that doesnt work, dont stay longer just to try and be a family. Good luck, though.
