re: Do you follow a naming theme?

posted 25th Sep
all girls names end in A it seems to be a family thing on Jason's side of the family. I think all girls but 2 on that side of the family end in A. Also we have an m name and two L names, if we ever have another it will start with an M and if its a girl it will start with an M end with an A

DD's name is Adrianna Lee. If I have another girl in the future her name will be Stephanie Rebekah and if we have a boy his name will be Colten Steven.

Back story : my dad and sister both passed away in 09. her name was Rebekah Ann. His name was Steven Lee. (Stephanie is what my parents said they should have named me since I act so much like he did and its the girl version of Steven ..well Stephen..
My brother will be naming his daughter Kailee Ann

Not really a theme other than they all have something to do with those two names.
However my nieces and nephews have lots of A names lol

I will be following a classic rock/music theme. LOL   It just suites me well. Currently now LO has a middle name from The Beatles.

Next children will be music related also. Nash Harper (Crosby, Stills & Nash and Roy Harper from Led Zeppelin), Molly Lane (Beatles songs - Ob La Di, Ob La Da and Penny Lane) and Sailor Lucille (Lucy in the sky with diamonds) < -- That last one is a little out there and no one likes it but I surely do. So, Oh well.

If you have a third, will you consciously pick out a thirty-one-lettered name?

No I didnt follow a theme really.....I tried at one point to name my youngest Maximus. I'd have a Atticus and a Maximus if I got my way.

But both of my boys name end in "s'.....if we ever have another one, I really like Matthias for a boy so I may keep that "s' trend. lol

Hahaha I find myself attracted to certain sounds in names as well. If I had my way, this one would be Victor( if a boy, of course). I just love the Vic sound. And the Tin.

I have an angel baby called Augustin.

My SO's daughters have super cheesy matchy names (both very obvious musical terms) - I refuse to continue it.

I don't mind subtle one's, though - like uncommon flowers for the middles, inspiration from literature, mythology, numbers of letters - I just don't like overly cheesy, matchy first names.
