re: No heartbeat at 6weeks

I just noticed it didn't go through here's what it said.

Thank you. I feel at this point all I can do is pray for a miracle or let nature run it's course between now and next Monday. I'll know that whatever happens from here is in God's hands and I'm just trying to be positive that we actually got pregnant....

Glad you deciding to wait. when I found out I was pregnant I was spotting and they thought I had a tubal. My levels were fine though and they couldn't even see a baby or sac. At around 6 weeks the finally saw a sac. It wasn't until 7-8 weeks that they actually saw a baby. With a heartbeat.

Doctors are quick to rush. Since 11 week sI have been bleeding and cramping. Doctors said I was probably starting to miscarry. I am now 19weeks 5 days and my baby girl is healthy.(although I am still bleeding.)

Not the same story as yours but shows how doctors are so quick to say the worst.

I would wait it out a bit longer and see what happends. At 6.5wks they couldnt find a heartbeat with my baby and hes now a healthy 4 yr old. I would give it a couple of wks, if they still cant get a heartbeat at 8-9 wks than you know you loss the baby   But honestly, I would just wait a little, think your Dr is jumping the gun a little too soon!

my doc wont even do the 1st ultrasound untill 7wks because of the variations in conception, implantation, and early developement. I saw my baby's hb at 7wks 1day. Please keep us posted.

Im so sorry to hear that yes please wait and get a second opinion,some doctors are quick to throw you under the bus and send you on your way.let nature take its course all things happen for a reason only time will tell i wish you guys the best and will keep yall in my prayers  goodluCk..

I'm sorry what you are going through my husband and I had a miscarriage at six weeks no heartbeat at first ultrasound after confirmation he gave me a pill to start the "product" to pass anyway I ended up not passing everything and did need a d&c do what your dr says please don't give up our first 2 babies were conceived with clomid they both passed on for different reasons but a little bit of hope for you I'm almost eight months pregnant and we used no drugs we weren't even trying I think it was gods way of saying you and your hubby aren't suppose to have a baby that way ( meaning my husband and I ) but what ever way you conceive it will work out and you will get a baby good luck I'm really sorry for you and hubby and it will workout

My Dr won't even book an appointment until 9 weeks for this very reason, it is not uncommon for their to be no visible heartbeat at 6 weeks and for their to still be a perfectly healthy baba growing inside.
Wait it out mama!! At least you will know for sure if you do!!!

Thankyou so much! We got a call from a referred doctor that I had tried to contact earlier in the day and they called us back at 8pm! I was shocked to hear back this late in the night and so pleased by what his nurse and he had to say. They were both so genuinely sincere and with not ever even meeting them, I could already tell that he would be a better fit for me. I had him on speaker and my husband and I immediately connected with him. He gave me so much peace knowing that what my current doctor told me was not what I should've heard. We still have an u/s set with my current doctor for Monday afternoon. I'm waiting to hear back from the new doctors nurse to set an appointment for an u/s with him. I'm not sure what to do with my currect doctor and just trying to stay positive and pray that I am still pregnant.
