We had sex like 15 out pf the last 20 days, and even that has really significantly improved our relationship.

Is it cheating if we already started?  

I'm surfin' the crimson right now but when that's over I'll give it a go!

I skimmed so sorry if you answered this but is it any sexual activities for 30 days? Or you have to have his penis in your vagina every day for 30 days?

I'm not married but ll do it. I have sex daily for the most part anywys. I couldn't imagine having a relationship without a healthy sex life or being with someone I couldn't enjoy having sex with.

DH and i started this several months ago. We started out w/any type of sexual activity and w/in a few weeks in naturally lead into sex every day

Sometimes we just don't have sex but I'm happy with the other things we do. Maybe I will start this tomorrow. Tonight I was still spotting a little he wouldn't mind but I would rather a clean start so to speak.

Change of plans.

my husband & I have done this & I have to say it did help us.... we were really starting to grow apart & I was never "in the mood" but once he'd get me going I was totally into it, it's just like the idea was not appealing to me at all... but I enjoyed it. lol! and I even found myself initiating it more!

I'm interested to see the results! I didn't' see if anyone joined you or not!

It did bring us a lot closer... so I totally agree with you there... It's not going to solve all your problems by any means! We learned to communicate a lot better too & to walk away when we need to... but it helped for sure!!
