So my us and and I are having our first child in November we had lost 2 babies previously my sister in law has 2 children we were there both of their births so yesterday her husband texts mine telling him they booked a cruise so won't be here then text back and said hopefully the baby will come before they leave. This is so typical for her as she was late for our wedding didn't bother to show up for the receiving line basically if she is not the centre of attention then it doesn't matter to her oh well

I would count myself lucky if I got that text and pray to god that I delivered while they were gone

It just makes me so upset that she only pulls this sense of family when it's has to do with her

well then why would you want her there to begin with?

I thought she would be there to support my husband after everything we have been through its been a long hard road for us and It means a lot to him
