It's never a good idea to post things like this about your relationship (especiallly when you should clearly know the answer). You're bound to catch the wrath of a bunch of pregnant, hormonal women. But since you did....you should leave him. I know people make mistakes, people screw up. It's one thing to try and work things out. It's another to resort to violence to work things out. If you cant communicate, you are doomed from the start.

he was physically and emotionally abusive he only came around when there was money honestly i realize it now that i put it all down... ive beeen keeping everythin bottled up inside because i cant talk to anyone without hi finding out

i wish this whole love thing was easier but honestly i dontknow if it is, i was so scared to get into this relationship because of my past and it only resulted in being the same. im starting to hate "men" i really dont thinnk theres anyone out there for me i despise men now i think im better off alone the only good things that came out from my bad experiences are my kids

You're not stupid! Just maybe need to learn to be a better judge of character. I have been in your shoes trust me, it took a lot of douche bags to get my head straight too. You just gotta weed out the bad ones before that perfect one for you comes along. I've been used and abused, a lot of people have. You will be ok!
