what would you do if your boss told you that she was going to fire you, while you were on maternity leave or when you come back from maternity leave?

I would tell them that was alright because I would own the business after that...

Legally i don't think they can do that....?

he cannot fire you without just cause (if he does go to labor relations) however he could lay you off if you wanted to....tell him you will go to labor relationsions if he does not have just cause

If they actually did fire you, then you could go to your local legal aide office. They are not allowed to fire you while on maternity leave. Your job is held til you get back by law. Google family Medical Leave Act.

You could also call lawyers in your area and ask about pro bono cases. In a situation as this, they might do it pro bono because there would be a huge settlement in the end for them as well.
