A place to call our own.

As some of you all have read, our Landlord sold this house without even telling us. Well we finally got our eviction notice two days ago. I was so worried we wouldn't find a place in time. But my Fiance had another plan, about 3 days ago, my Fiance said, "Hey. let's go ride around!" so I gpt Malik ready and got all settled in the car. Well to my surprise, Sam had already looked at a place and already talked to the landlord. So this trailer is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Which is PERFECT for Me Sam and Malik. ((We have been living with Sam's mom since Malik was 3 months. He is now 10 1/2 months.)) We had been living with her until we could find a place in our reach. Which this trailer is. $150 a month rent, plus water and power we have to pay for. AND when/if we get this, if we buy our land, we get to buy this trailer for only $300. And I mean this place is nice as hell. All we have to do to it is replace 3 water pipes. And sweep and disenfect is all. All we are is waiting for the electric company to call back to make sure they will turn on the power. (( the people that used to live there fucked with the power company and stole power from another trailer.)) So, please keep us in your thoughts til we find out about the electric company. I really want this place. And 3 familys, ((our best friends.families)) Will all be living in that trailer court. So we will all be close again. I am not getting my hopes up though. It seems when I get my hopes up, things come crashing down. So I just keep a little bit of faith in me. Ok I'm done rambling now. I just hope everything works out because my MIL who we are living with now, isn't even going to get another place, she's going to live with a friend who has her own family and is about and hour away from where we are now. The trailer is 3 mins away from the house we reside in now. Ohh I hope everything works out.

I know. I wanna think and wish about it, but it will break my heart if it doesn't work out so I'm just neutral about it lol.

i know how that is. I am in big time need of a car right now, but I am not getting my hopes up until I get approved b/c most likely they will say "you need a cosigner" That crap pisses me off so bad. How are you supposed to get credit if NO one will give you a chance? But I bet it will work out, Power Companies are normally easier to deal with b/c you gotta have power. you will probably just have to put up a deposit.

I'm not worried about a deposit, I just hope they realize we're not the same people that used to live there, ya know? We're not gonna steal power, so just give us power lol.

How do you even steal power? I wish I knew, my power bill was through the roof last month. J/K. I hope it all works out for you.

They spliced their neighbors cords and hooked it up to their house! Yeah I didn't know how to either until the landlord told me lol.
