I hate...

When people call me a teen mom...yes I had my daughter a month before I turned 18 so yes I am a teen with a child but I hate being called a teen mom. I am not one of those teens that leaves their child with their parents and does whatever I dont sit on my ass all day I have my smurf together and I dont run around bitching about my baby daddy, Im married and we take care of our daughter on our own. It just ticks me off when people act like im a typical teen mom that doesnt give a smurf about their child and rather be out partying. ERRR
I mean the way people look at me when were at the store or when I take rylynne out some where I so badly want to tell those people smurf off!

I've never had that happen to me and I had two at 18...sorry momma :/

im 17 and dont consider myself a teen mom no more, i live on my own with my SO my parents dont pay smurf or baby sit. me and him are doing it all on our own.

Its a pain people give me evil looks and i know their saying "oh i bet the state pays for everything that baby has or i bet her mother takes care of her."

I was pregnant at 19 and had DD when I was 20, but I look young for my age. A lot of people give me smurf for it, and some people have even approached me in public and commented on it. I even had an old lady asked me who watches my baby when I'm in school. People are ridiculous.

Smurf i know people in there 20's and 30's who act like that
You know the kind of parent you are don't let peoples stupid judgment worry you.

But you' are technically a teen mom...

Ignore the looks you have to ignore them because when you became pregnant at your age you should have already known that came with the territory.
Also strangers don't know you so how would they know you have a stable life..they are going off of the majority.
Majority of teenage mother are horrible naive parents...so you should just be angry at them for ruining the image for you not really the people staring you down.

Now if someone approaches you and puts you down because of your age you can whole heatedly say "smurf off"
Even though you are a teen mother you are a great mother to your child. Nuff said.

At least you arent 25 and look like your 18. lol. I still get dirty looks. Shoo... when I was pregnant last year omg... dirty DIRTY looks. Yeah. One calling me mommy and another one in the belly.

People just need to mind their own god damn business and go on with their life. I got pregnant with DD at 18 and had her at 19 & I am about to be 20 tomorrow. I know some young mothers out there that are 10x better mom then a 30 year old! Just don't let it bother you mama! It's great you have your smurf together and it shouldn't matter to anyone but yourself & your family. I am also against teens that TTC.. I think it is selfish but most of them who do get pregnant or some of the best mothers I know.

I'm almost 22 and chunky so I look really pregnant in certain dresses. I still get looks even when I'm without my daughter /shrug. Idc. I know I'm a good mom so why would i.

I got pregnant at 19 and had my LO at 20 and now I am 21 and I still get nasty looks from people. I think it's because I look much younger than I really am.  

At least you have your smurf together and ignore what looks you get and comments you receive.
