BG Fit Club

I thought we should have a BG Fit Club... anyone interested?? *yes like celeb fit club.. bu i never did see that show so ill say more like biggest loser minus the prize... i know the prize was the best part but i dont have 250,000 to give lol

I don't do well with diets OR excersise. So um, I'll just watch everyone else lose weight. I can be like Harvey and yell at everyone to start working harder.

Yes! I need motivation!!! I want to lose my tummy! I am at a good weight, but my tummy and thighs are icky!

I wanna do it! i dont have baby weight to lose, i just wanna get back into shape!

Oooh oooh oooh! I wanna join!   I need something to motivate me to get back in shape too! Once I get into the groove, I am pretty good about staying there, but all it takes is 2 days not doing it and I am gone!

Omg, I think this is an AWESOME idea! Hubby and I just started working out last week since I have GAINED weight since having my daughteralmost 3 months ago. I have horrible bellyfat and my thighs are even bigger than usual! I totally want to be in BG Fit Club! Haha!!   And my prize will be NOT BEING A HEFFER ANYMORE! Woot!  

I'll be right with you girls in about August...

Yeah...let's get this rollin'!  

so i've decided to get this thing going i hope you guys join me!!
If you feel comfortable to, lets put start weight, desired weight and what you're doing to get back into shape!
So i'll start:

I weigh: 157.7
I'd like to weigh: 135-140
I'm doing: I do turbo jam one day and my bender ball the next and I switch so i'm doing something every day. I'm watching my portion sizes at meals and not eating when i'm bored (my worst habbit!) I'm also drinking water instead of pops and juice.

So lets hear it ladies, i'm here for you and will encourage you on those hard days and tempting times!

YOu have the bender ball? I have seen that on tv and was wondering if it really worked! How do you like it? I love my pilates ball! Once I get my butt into gear and into the routine of using it, I will get into shape really fast with it! My anniversary is August 11th and my goal is to look smoking hot in both a bikini and my lingerie by then!

I love my bender ball!! i watched the dvd before i did it and was bummed that i wasted my money cuz it looked easy...omg was i wrong! i was shaking by the time i finished my work out! it works amazing...i dont recommend spending money on the cardio dvd though. its not the same lady and totally stupid. it takes about 3 almost 4 weeks to come in though, but i strongly recommend it to anyone.
