Thats backwards, lol. You put Eve / Eva on her birth certificate and CALL her Eevie. Putting Eevie on her birth certificate means THATS what she will ahve to put on school applications and resumes. If you put Eve on her birth certificate, she has the option of sounding like an adult, but you still get your nickname.

LOL didn't think I'd get this much smurf for names my fiancee and I like.. all I did was ask for help on choosing one and other names are welcomed, not to have the names we like bashed or made fun of... you were given honest opinions. and honestly, that name is childish, and once that baby hits middle school, it will no longer be cute.
Think about the name, and think what it would sound like to have a daughter named Eevee.... she can be called Eve, but her name will ALWAYS be Eevee......
