A new me under construction

I have been having a hard time staying on a diet and keeping up with working out. But today I just got completely disgusted with myself! How does my hubby think I'm still attractive EWWW! Anyways if it kills me or not I'm making myself stick to a diet and workout!! I have 3 kids to keep up with :/ so weekly ill try and add a picture of myself and measurements.

Starting 9/24/12

Neck- 13
Arms-13
Bust-33
waist-37
Hips-38
Thighs-24


My diet will be Atkins, not a real strict diet..just counting carbs and.staying away from bread, pasta, and cereal.
I've been a firm believer in Jillian Micheals so yet again ill do her 30 day shred and after ill do ripped in 30  )

Hopefully after a month or so I camber the one motivating others instead of being motivated. I want to be the chic that looks good in well almost anything ;)

Those are the two things that worked for me: counting carbs and Jillian Michaels. Good luck, can't wait to see pics!

Day 8 -

Still the same measurements but I have lost 2 pounds. Ill post pictures tonight when I get home.

Instead of 30 DS I am doing ripped in 30, whoaaa some tough stuff but hey I like the challenge!

I'm also eating low carbs and watching portion size. I've stayed away from cookies, cakes, and soda! Which are my biggest problem.
I found out I'm expecting but I still plan on continuing with my diet and workout!
