I'd probably just tip off my neighbor. It is up to them after that how they want to handle it.

It is stealing If the owner don't know about this other people coming and taking the fruits. But there is a possibility that he has given permission to a few people.

Yes IMO.

I hated it, we had fruit trees in the back yard and people STILL took all our fruit. It's like. . . we paid for the darn trees, and we take care of them, and we water them, and yet we didn't get a SINGLE pomegranate from our bush because people stole them. And there were at least 30 of them!! As soon as they looked ripe though, people started to take them so. It sucks. lol

Yes it is stealing, unless the owner of the property gave them permission.
