I found out about Santa at 12 and stopped believing at 17/18 hahaha

There's a great veggie tales about it called 'St. Nicolas'. It does a really good job of explaining about giving because God gives first to us. It kinda combines both the religious aspect and Santa while definitely keeping God first!

Woah, ladies.My testimony I posted? I have an update.

I don't think I have the words to really explain it all. But I ran into one of my Aunts....there was weeping, there was forgiveness, there was so much grace! I can't even type it all right now. I'm blown away by how only our God could do this.

I had a good night a church yesterday. Honestly it's been awhile since I really felt the Holy Spirit move on me. But last night during worship I had that moment. And then went up for prayer because I've been struggling with stuff a bit and a got a pretty neat prophetic word...so I'm believing on it. I just felt like last night some things were reaffirmed for me. God is good.

Welcome!! I just joined last week so you're not too late haha!!!  

I feel like I struggle with being a christian so much.   I'm discouraged. I'm trying to remind myself that it is the mercy seat, and it's all about grace....etc. But I can be such a legalistic on myself. Just woke up in a really funky mood.

I get ups and downs too. Right now I'm really down. I hate working 3 jobs, and going to school. I feel like I never have enough time as it is and to add extra church things in there is too much for me. I already cry everyday that I'm so exhausted never get down time etc. idk where I would fit in all the stuff at hutch I want to do. I feel like I'm forced to either quit my extra jobs and not have enough money to pay the bills or quit school and pay back student loans without a degree to use. I hate being in this place. SO is trying to find a full time job. He works part time as an adjunct but classes each semester are not guaranteed. I'd be able to quit working and focus on church school and family then but not when he's only working 2 semesters nothing guaranteed. He looks constantly. On his days off e goes to every job fair offered goes to businesses in his field and asks if they're hiring or takes his resume in. He's done unpaid internships to gain experience. But nothing seems to pay off.
