re: Bible Accountability

I've been praying. How are you feeling with it all?

Good morning!! How is everyone doing?? Good I hope.

I was almost a week behind on my reading plan, but I caught myself up lastnight. I read 6 days worth...it felt so nice to finally catch up.  

On a completely different note, how early do you start planning birthday parties? We have a two in one party because my son and daughters birthdays are only 10 days apart. Usually I start planning about now, their birthdays arent until May....Is that too early?? Even starting that early, I feel so rushed toward the end. Lol

I'm a last minute planner, but we don't do real big parties. We keep them pretty small and simple, so I guess that's why.




And will you guys pray for my migraines. I've had this for three days now, and I have such a busy day today. I'm just so exhausted from it but I have to push through. It is my first day helping to volunteer with the homeless shelter (going to various locations to pick up food and drop it off and help set it up) and my head is pounding....even after sleeping 10 hours last night.

Stupid phone always messes me up.....

Ours aren't big either....I think I just obsess too much over the small things. lol

I will definitely be praying for you....have you tried an ice pack on the back of your neck? It helps. I get migraines often, that's the only thing that helps.

I have an entire ice pack migraine set. Eyes, back of neck, feet, you name it. It's relaxing, but doesn't even begin to touch it.

I was given the number for a chiropractor here in town who is good, I may call him despite my wonder insurance's willingness to pay. I'm desperate. This is the only part of homeschool that worries me, if I have these for several days straight I'm worthless.

I'm ok. I'm just overly emotional from lack of social interaction. I'm just ready to get this nicu portion of life started so it can be over.

I'm sorry sweetie   I'm praying. I haven't had one in years but I've had migraines in the past. I thjnk their birth control induced, although I was diagnosed at age 11, so idk. But I always drink some caffeine. Do u have meds for it? I love imitrex. It cures mine within an hour and it's such a relief. The reason i got on it was because I had a migraine for 8 days straight and it just got so bad Sam took me to the haopital in fear it was something worse. They Gave me an imitrex shot and it was GONE. It felt so good. I know how hard it is to teach with a migraine too. You begin to lose patience, focus, and are just physically exhausted. Good luck at the shelter. I hope u can get into the chiro. It always helps me so much. Especially when I have a headache have them do traction on your neck. It helps build the spinal fluid back up which can be a huge cause of headaches.

Hey ladies. I am thinking of taking a little social networking fast this coming up week. Just to take the time I use on the computer or phone and put it towards reading the bible and hearing from God.

I took a 30 day internet one, it was awesome. I continued then with BG for about 6 months.
