I'll join in...just saying in case it wasn't obvious since I already posted but didn't say that. Really looking forward to this, gives me a reason to get on BG but not end up reading a ton of threads where some turn into drama & stuff...I try to stay away from that, but it's inevitable here sometimes to end up in a thread that suddenly turns into that it seems.

Ha! "Super" that's funny. I'm telling you what, learning more about the Holy Spirit has got to be the COOLEST thing ever. I'm amazed at what I've been missing out on.

And homeschooling a preschooler doesn't count. We'll see how it is next year when, "let's go to the park and collect different colored leaves" doesn't count as school, haha.

And yea. My son is pretty much the most adorable thing on the planet, I agree. He's also the most rotten!

I totally understand what your saying. It's easy to come on this website, and get caught up into things that are opposite to what Phil 4:8 says for us to focus on. I'm guilty, too.

Hey ladies! Glad some more are joining us!

So, a little encouragement that I had yesterday.

My to do list was crazy long. I had so much to do. I was really stressing over it, total tunnel vision of what I "needed" to do. Slowly, I started to be reminded about Mary and Martha. I really felt the Lord asking me, "Who are you today? Will you choose to do what cannot be taken from you?" So, I did. I stopped what I was doing. Opened my Bible, and sat down for a while. It was wonderful.

I ended up with renewed energy, and even managed to accomplish my goals ;-) So, remember to be Mary!! Spend time with Him! So so worth it!!
