Bleeding question 20 days PP??

I had my Son on Sept. 4th. I had a regular vaginal delivery. The only "complication" I ran into was him getting stuck on a cervical lip. The Dr. pushed him/it back a few times and he came loose. I've had the normal pp bleeding for almost 3wks now. This morning I woke up with a very sharp pain or cramp in my LOW stomach (we're talking like pubic bone low). I'm not bleeding a lot, but I did pass some decent size blood clots (nothing golf ball sized or anything). I'm still quite crampy and not bleeding a whole lot. I know clots can stop the flow of blood, so I'm assuming that's what it is.

My question is, are clots still normal at this point PP? I (stupidly) consulted "Dr. Google" and of course, it said a bunch of scary stuff.

I'm a first time Mom, so all of this is very new to me.

i dont remember about clots but 3 weeks is pretty common for bleeding, could give your OB a call today just toease your mind

Take the clot and smush it as long as it breaks apart easy it is fine if it does not go in.
