Don't listen to a lot of the people on here, they're being immature. Guys act totally different once you get pregnant. Whether it's for better or for worse, they all act different. I'm 22 weeks pregnant, and my baby's daddy is scared. But, he is supportive. He loves me, and he cares about me. He is worried about our son's life, just as much as I am. Maybe your significant other just doesn't know how to act. Maybe he is scared, and drugs is what he turns to. Maybe he doesn't know how to react, and drugs make things seem easier. I wouldn't quit your job though, I really wouldn't. It's tough. Right now I'm staying with my dad, he is so supportive. I lost my job, because I was pregnant and high risk and was in the emergency room too much. Which is wrong of them to do, but, it happened. Your back is going to hurt. Try taking a hot bath, asking your boyfriend for a back rub, or something. I didn't know what being pregnant was all about.. I had to google most things I wanted to know, and call my doctor 109439423 times a day, to ask questions, because I had nobody to turn to. Keep your job. I'm trying to get 2 jobs, because I know that I need the money. My baby will be here in 18 short weeks. But, getting a job this late in your pregnancy is hard. You go in for an interview, they take one look at your stomach, and they're like, "Oh, the position is already filled. We found someone with more experience than you." Bull smurf. They didn't, they just don't want to hire a pregnant woman! So, I recommend you keeping the job you have. But, as for your boyfriend. Give him some time. Pregnancy is hard, for you and for him. To this day, I'm a bitch. I yell, scream, get mad, cry, get sad, ect. I'm a wreck most of the time, and it's just because I don't know how to react. You will be fine, and sooner or later he will come around. Good luck.
