I'm 19 as well. but know for a fact that if my SO put drugs over his children before they were even here, he'd get the boot.
if anything, seeing the baby will just be an "OH Smurf, ITS HERE, ITS OFFICIAL, I CANT BE IMMATURE ANYMORE" moment, and he'd bounce. not stay.
if he isn't committed in the beginning, he wont be.
