But at the same time.. if you aren't taking BC (obviously its not for everyone) OR using any type of condoms, spermicide, etc... what the hell is supposed to happen?

Do you know how much it actually takes to get pregnant?

I think any woman who haves sex without BC and gets abortions is plain stupid.But it's whatever ya know people make mistakes/BC fails sometimes.IMO I would never get one done.

Why does she care, really? It isn't like she is the one who has to go through it. An abortion isn't a day at the park.
You give the gov't that kind of control, then you're opening up a door for many many reasons we should sterilize people.

They're not stupid if they have sex without protection. Only if they do so and then get an abortion?

It would be too easy to lie and say you were using BC or condoms to avoid having to get fixed.

Tbh I think people should just mind their own damn business. I don't agree with the abuse of abortions as a form of BC, but to each their own. But I do seriously disagree with courts having/gaining[whatever] the ability to court order that type of thing. It's my smurfing body, I'll do what I want with it. As long as I'm PAYING for the procedure to be done, it's none of anyone else's business and it definitely isn't the govts business.
