Quoting Sofia's Mummy♥:" Child's age is a huge factor. I recommend 'The No Cry Sleep Solution'"
Quoting Bob Wehadababyitsaboy:" I did the CIO method with my son around 9 months, it didn't take very long. "
Quoting Nancy Botwin:" How did you start? I'm having anxiety just thinking about it lol."I dont really remember but i think first i would look for signs to make sure he was sleepy like rubbing his eyes, yawning, being super whiny ect.,then i would put him in his crib in my room with a bottle. He would cry for a little bit and i would just pat his back, kiss him and tell him it's bedtime and give him his bottle again if he dropped it. After a few days i would just put him in his crib with his blanket and bottle and he would go right to sleep.
Quoting Nikkie Beee:" My DD is 8mo and at times she fights her sleep. She's extremely tired but will fight it. If she could ... [snip!] ... back down and she falls asleep within 5mis without a fuss. Idk if that's considered CIO but it works for us. Hope this helps!"
Quoting made_of_love:" My baby was trained by 2 months. now he is 4 months and barely wakes up once to be fed"
Quoting Laurnabeth:" You let your baby cry it out, and had him trained by 2 months. Wow. Thats not good IMO. Thats far to early."
