Omg I dont know why but that made me so happy. I am so glad you got her back. Please please dont leave her ever again in the front yard not even for a minute. yes, I told SO he is never to leave her out again. He needs to either be outside with her, or wait for me to get home so I can be out there.

Honestly, I was just so happy to have my dog back, I didn't even think of that. I don't think the police can do much now that I have her back in my possession but I just might go down to the station to write a quick report about the incident. In case he's caught stealing more dogs.

yes, I was happy to see there are still good people out there. Even when I was posting up the signs and people would stop and ask, made me feel like the community cared.

The guy looked shocked and surprised.
He told me his son found the dog on the street. BUT just 10 minutes before that, he told the neighbors who called my SO that his son bought the dog (his son looked to be around 12). Obviously conflicting stories.

The neighbors knew it was our dog and that's when they called us. I'm assuming the guy maybe had an idea I already knew he had my dog because he didn't try and say he didn't have it or anything.
The neighbors said they even called out her name and she responded. So I'm assuming by that point, the guy had to know I was coming for it.

I'm so glad u got her back. Definitely File a report so he doesn't do it again. Did they meet the description from your neighbor? Cause maybe the guy that stole her did see your fliers and let her go then they found her? But obviously she's a highly wanted dog so for sure chip her and be a lot more careful where u leave her.

Wow, that's crazy i am glad you got her back, i'd file a police report. Is he really that stupid to steal your dog when he lives close enough that people would see her. What a moron! Glad he was a moron though and shes home!
