help please

So I got dumped 2 days ago for very selfish reasons. He wants I our 3 year old and 3 month old every other week.. He's refusing to tell me where he lives and who he lives with. Apparently I'm supposed to just trust him on that... Sigh... How would child support work? Would I have to pay him the Weeks he has them and visa versa? Nothing is legally official yet since this just happened Friday and he thinks that if he doesn't bring the kids back, he would be charged with kidnapping...that is until someone tells him the truth....

Anywho... I need advice on what I should do.. I'm a mother of 4...looking for a job for a year plus now and I don't trust daycares here and my family isn't available...

You're splitting them 50/50 I doubt you'd go through child support. The cour will probably just Hve a mediation order set where u just agree to switch at this time and place on this day. And then u would just split expenses 50/50. But I guess it depends on what you want to fight for.

I don't want to keep themj fom him. I'm EBF though so how does that work? He took all the milk I had in the freezer....I guess that's why he wanted me to pump...he's been planning this

I think the courts do custody in favor of Bfing mothers. you can't v away from LO for a week and bf appropriately. That's no fair.

If he takes them then u cant call the cops he has as much of a right to them as u do u need to get an emergency hearing asap... If he is on the birth cer he is not kidnapping them.... Most time 50/50 u dont get child support.

go to the court house they will give u all the information but u may want to see if they can help with a lawyer if not talk to one and see how much they charge.

Go to ur family law/ DRD dept and they should be able to help u.

Do I have the right to know what address they will be at?

Once u go to court I would assume the addresses would be on the paperwork. But idk.

yes i believe he has to give all that up to the judge but im not sure.
