Pains in pubic bone

Im having sharp pains in my lower stomach and my pubic bone.. what could this mean?

It means you're very, very pregnant, lol.

Aches and pains come and go and are all part of it at this point. Honestly unless you're getting regular contractions it doesn't mean much.
