Decreased Movement

My baby hasn't been moving as much as she usually does.. She moves but just little kicks here and there

Your profile says you are due in 3 days?
This is my first pregnancy that made it past 10 weeks, but my OB was telling me yesterday that often times I don't feel my daughter because she turns with her arms and legs to my back so I will only feel light kicks if any at all.
She also told me that my LO wasn't moving as much since there wasn't as much space. She did tell me to drink a glass of ice cold water and lay on my right side with my arm over my stomach. She said sometimes that will help.
I did read a couple weeks back that when you get close to going into labor there is a sudden decrease in movement. I don't know how true this is though....
My advice is to also call your OB.

Yay I hope it's labor lol ready for her to come already. I've been having mild cramps too so could that be a sign of labor or a sign that labor could come here soon?
