I sat in the tub for a good hour when contractions were bad, got my epidural and was good for a while but then felt pressure really bad and thats the worse it got. the button they give you to push if you start feeling pain after your epi was my best friend. Just push as hard as you can and dont stop and she'll be out soon=] I pushed for 30 minutes and the nurse said I'd be pushing for 80. I proved her wrong
