I'm sure it's a lot easier for a man who's always been fit to lose the weight than a mom who's had 2 children and never been fit.

I've lost over 150 pounds... I know! hahaha But I was just saying.

I used to weigh 300 pounds and have never been fit. I lost a lot before I got pregnant with Novali though.

This is me at 200 right after I gave birth to Novali.. I'm sucking in and wearing a corset thingy under my clothes


This is me weighing 140 in January:



Not easy, but it's doable. It's easier for a man who is a personal trainer, but don't let that be you excuse for not doing it.

Now a days, I'm a round cow!   I've been eating like for 4 with this pregnancy... I'm going to have so much fun losing the weight (that was sarcasm).

Not only was he always fit, but he is a personal trainer, he knows all the right moves to make... of course he can do it easily.

I think that subway guy is actually more of an inspiration than this guy. That subway guy was awesome! Anyone know if he kept the weight off??

As far as I know he still has! Yes his story really is an inspiration!

I have 2 kids and have been fit all my life before them and still can't lose
