PP health problems Please help!

I'm 10 days PP and my pain meds have been gone for a while now. I posted another topic about that a few days ago...

But it seems like my pains are getting worse.
My vagina burns and hurts non stop, sciatic nerve pain, and back pain. I also feel like I get contractions from time to time and cramps. (not breast feeding).
I'm also having problems with shortness of breath more and more as time passes. it feels like an elephant is standing on my cheast alot.
Tonight I had to put DD to bed an hour early because I couldn't chase after her and whenever I stand up from time to time I get so dizzy I feel like falling down.

I also get the shakes throughout the day even after I eat something.
I've lost all of my pregnancy weight already and I can fit into my size 1 jeans again. I lost all my weight in about 3 weeks last time, but not this fast. My tummy is really floppy skin.

I feel so drained and my face becomes ghostly white from time to time.
I don't eat much because I forget to eat and I'm never hungry. I was like that while pregnant as well... I guess I was literally all baby then.

But as days go by, I feel worse and worse. I was scared I was going to pass out or something earlier...
I take my prenatal vitamins still, and my fish oils.

I'm thinking about calling my DR, but now I have to wait until Monday. I'm starting to get pretty worried.

If you not eating/drinking that could explain a lot of those issues. Some it is also from your hormones

ETA: All of that sounds normal PPD. I had vertigo for two months after I had DD along with back pain because of the Epidural

Takes awhile for the pain to go away. I had a c section and it took a little over a month for me to not feel pain bending over/sitting/basically doing anything but I didn’t need the pain meds all the time, I still have some left actually. I think loseing weigh so fast is normal after having a baby because I was skinnier than before I got pregnant after about 3 weeks

hormones are changing. Not eating and drinking and taking in proper nutrition is a huge part of it. Did you have a c-section?

You might be anemic

No, vaginal delivery.
Epidural, iv pain meds, and pitocin.

It can be normal for it to stink because you did have everything baking in there for 9 months

they sent you home with pain killers? you are doing better than most women. Make sure you are eating and drinking lots of water. If you are concerned call the after hours number for your ob.

lol i was stinky last time too, but I over looked it because i didn't feel this horrible.

are you changing your pad frequently, and washing every time?

my epidural failed on me at 8cms and I asked for a the smallest dose of iv meds while i waited an hour for the epidural guy to get there.

I got sent home with pain meds the first time too, and my epidural didn't fail, but I did rip.

Ok I'll start forcing water down me more. It seems like All I drink now days is iced coffee. lol i need it.

nopeq. i try to get in and out as quickly as possible. my days are hectic.

I change it about 2-4 times a day tho. and Wash it once.

you should probably be changing it more than that.
