they have iron pills you can buy at the store, id go get some because it sounds like your low on iron. they put me on them after i had my kids.

I just reread ur post if ur breathing gets worse see ur doctor. I had trouble breathing & really faint & ended up in the ER for a week. I waited until I couldn't breath before going in, my oxxygel level was 76

i researched it and animea and the syptoms fit me perfectly.
ill go to my dr monday and mabe she'll write me a script.

update:

I'm even more tender and sore in my vagina. it's gotten so bad today that it's tender to touch.
i've started changing my pad more and washing down there more, but I noticed that it reeks down there now!  
I'm also having chills and sweating from time to time and having night sweats.
I'm calling my DR first thing monday morning. I think it could be infected?

I had cardiomyopathy. Fluid in my heart because it wasn't pumping (only 15% instead of 65%) I also had the chills & sweats. Felt like I would pass out if I tried walking. Does your breathing get worse when you lie flat on your back?

oh man, that's terrible!   I'm sorry...

no, it gets worse with exercise. like walking, stair climbing, scrubbing, ect.
and my heart rate is pretty fast.

i looked up the symptoms and ive had heart fluttering (kinda like it vibrates) from time to time, and pounding heart and stuff for years.
And i have all the symptoms of that, but those symptoms are also symptoms of alot of other things tho. it could be anything. or possibly (hopefully) nothing at all!
I just need to go to the DR and see wth is wrong with me.

Just mention your symptoms when you go in. They kept asking me if I took any drugs when I went in. They also thought it was a blood clot. Keep us updated

Lol, I'm going to look like a crazy person with all my symptoms. theres like a list of crap.

Why did they keep asking you if you took any drugs?
side effects or something?

I guess they thought I was having a heart attack from drugs & didn't want to wait until my blood test came back. It probably didn't help that my arms were horribly bruised from my ivs from delivery ( they blew out 2 of my veins when I was in the hospital delivering

Oh, ok.
Yeah my IV spot is still bruised some too it looked horrible for the longest time.
I hate that.

But I'll post my updates after I go to the DR.
My area feels better today, but I've been off my feet alot.
and no shortness of breath. I gorged on some oatmeal, which is full of iron, so that just may be all that's wrong. *crosses fingers*

Update:
I called my DR today and she said that the pain is normal, I'm just on my feet way too much.
And all the breathing problems and what not, she automatically thought iron problems, because when I was pregnant my iron was a little low...I didn't know that. But I went to WIC today and my iron levels was fine, so she said is was my blood sugar, and I need more protien.
So what she recommended was basically eating every few hours like a diabeitic would. Even if just a small snack.
And if it still continues, then I need to go be seen.

So, thankfully nothing serious!
