Changing her name???! (kind of long vent)

Im on the phone with the baby's daddy and he wants me to change her name. Right now its Journey Dai-Honore'. He leads a pretty risky lifestyle and her name has lots of meaning.

Journey is for everything that we have been through, together and not together but we have come a long way to be such good friends now.

Dai means a father's hope for tomorrow. Like I said he leads a risky lifestyle. We wont be part of that but as long as he remembers people do care for him wherever he ends up I think thats important for him to always have in mind.

Honore' is a creole' name. Im Haitian and it really fits. It means to be honored and have honor and valor.

He wants some damn Griselda! He told me to Google it. Although she is a pretty woman I refuse to name my child after the Queen of Cocaine or the Cocaine Godmother. What the hell do I look like giving her a name that has such meaning that has no relation to me.

Sorry its so long but I just had to vent this.

I don't like any of the names, especially journey since as soon as I saw it, don't stop believing got stuck in my head.

Well needless to say what kind of lifestyle he leads.... No offence, but your Baby's Dad is an idiot... She is a horrible horrible person to name your child after. She was a prostitue, then murder, then drug lord who is in prison. Just who I wanna name my kid after... Not to mention the name is horrible lol... Go with the name that means something. Not the name that says "I want my daughter to end up dead, in prison, or a hooker"
