Pitocin worked for me.

I wish I'd had the chance to moan and groan about the last bit of pregnancy.

Baby will come when baby is ready. They medically induce for a reason... Cause its dangerous to do it at home... Sorry mamma, I just don't think anything works.

I had a lot of sex. Went for long walks, even took countless walks up and down my stairs. I went into labor the following day.

she is one day over due. pay attention. she could be trying to avoid a c section. and she didnt specify she was willing to do ANYTHING. there are lots of natural induction methods

nipple stimulation
SEX
walking up and down stairs.
when you walk do a half lunge while you do it helps with dilation and the baby getting into the proper station

but seriously. sex sex sex

If she wasn't due yet maybe but not since she was due yesterday. OP try walking, squats and sex. Try not to get too stressed though or it could postpone labor, take a nice relaxing bath and have some you time before baby gets here!

That's because a lot of people post stuff like this at 35-37 weeks pregnant.

I had my membranes stripped 2 days ago without asking my doctor, she suggested it and said that i should go into labour anyday since i was 2cms and 70%. Obviously im just looking for suggestions to help with the dialation... I would never do anything dangerous to my baby just to meet her sooner..

Usually they get 'cursed' because those posters say they want to induce at 34 weeks NATURALLY, and their doc's approve. So they are asking for ideas on how to induce labor while baby is still a preemie.

There is a huge difference between those posts, and this one!

Exactly!! And women saying they'll do anything, like ingesting castor oil, which can be dangerous (or just gross and have no effect).
