court ordered?

Do not quote please as this isn't about me. I have a family member who has 7 children with 7 different. She's pregnant with her 8th and guess what it a different guy. She had been ordered through family court to abort and after the abortion she's been court ordered to have her tubes tied within 30 after the abortion. How us this even legal? I'm curious, i know the court ordered tubal ligation is legal but the abortion?

So they can order her to get an abortion... but not a guy who has 20 something if not more kids?

Yip, a few years back i seen something on the news about a women in NYC or near there

I wouldnt believe unless I saw it on a leagal paper. Even then you can fight it. No court can "make" you abort. You can always take it to a higher court. Its BS

I'm not sure how kayak the court ordered abortion I'd, but i did look up the tubal and that's actually legal and more often then i thought with women that have so many kids with all different fathers

Dunno to be honest, she my dads cousin, i don't really talk to them like that. I do know they are a bunch if drunks, druggies and all have like 5 different baby daddies just to collect a check every month

yeah a court would NEVER order an abortion. Every cilivl liberties group would be up in arms. It would be a national thing

if thats true, they would not be able to find me for 9 months. i cant imagine it being true. some women i know do need to be forced to have their tubes tied though, but an abortion....idk
