re: court ordered?

I don't believe that they are ordering an abortion. Maybe that is just what she is saying to make herself and others feel better about her decision to abort.

I know a few that need their tubes tied, they shouldn't even have the kids they have now, if i could id adopt their kids so they aren't abused and neglected

She's to dumb and broke to fight it, sorry but i really dislike my bio dadsfamily. But i thought it was odd and that's why i posted otherwise i could give two smurfs about that family

To my knowledge no court can order such a thing. They may 'recommend' that, but it cannot be legally ordered. If someone is going through that, I suggest they appeal the decision and go after the judge who tried to order it. That's a violation of her reproductive rights. It doesn't matter if they agree with her lifestyle or not, they do not have the right to tell her she cannot have this baby or that she is no longer allowed to have children.

So in a word...no...that does not seem legal. She needs to speak to her attorney on the matter and fight the entire situation, odds are...she'll win.

according to my aunt she's scheduling her abortion within the next few weeks, and after that she's getting her tubes tide. It's kind of a relief shes one of those welfare moms, she's only having kids to collect her child support checks so she can drink and smoke it up she's had her kids taken from her numerous times, idk how she keeps getting them back, .so thus may sound mean but it's for the best, and normally i don't agree with things like this but seriously i don't want to hear how she gave birth to another "crack" baby, or that the baby had opioid in its system. Smurf like that really breaks my heart. Like seriously every kid of hers was born with something in their system.

The only thing I read so far dealing with this issue is if the courts see her mentally unfit. Really Octo mom had a court ordered tubal, i didn't know that..lol. But it's a good thing they did have you seen all the talk shows and inside her house. Those poor poor babies

I watched a little here and there, but wasn't on it like that. I did see when she was on Dr. Phil and they wanted to give her those nurses or nannies.......
