Oh Crazy! i love meeting women with PCOS! haha its nice to know your not the only one going through it!   I was on Clomid for 8months and ended up getting pregnant my last cycle before IUIs with injections through a fertility clinic and i definitely do not want to have to do that! Im due in December   I was on the depo for 2years and that was horrible! then i went to the pill( im not sure which one) and i got super sick! Im worried about getting pregnant so soon after my daughter is born, but i guess i wouldn't have to pay for all the fertility medications if it happened! haha
See with clf33 sister that worries me. I dont want my daughter to be 6 by the time i have another one! I want my children close in age(year or two apart) But with PCOS you never know what your body will do! Griffins mommy good luck on trying! i hope it wont take long!

My obgyn told me I had pcos I think he was wrong tho I started TTC in November and I wasn't ovulating or having a regular AF I was put on prova(sp?) To give me a period bc my were outta whack I lied to my new obgyn that we had been tryin a year do I could get clomid took it in January I didn't ovulate and got a bfn and a painful AF followed that month the pain in my left ovary was unbearable buuuut In February I ovulated without any meds and my husbands swimmers knock me up I got a BFP in early march (3-07-10 to be exact lol) I had no idea I ovulate or was pregnant I just felt off so I tested   I think the clomid kinda jump started my ovaries either way I'm happy I didn't have to endure years of infertility I'm glad you finally got a baby!

We were very blessed with not having to do clomid. Our doc told me i would have to take it so we just weren't protecting, and i planned on getting on it May of this year. Well my husband got in a bad wreck in december of 2011 and had CATScans, X-Rays, and MRI's done and then boom we ended up pregnant like 2 weeks later after trying for a year and half of no protection. I joke that it was all the radiation that kicked his little men into hyper drive. Even tho it's me for the reason we weren't having children. I hadn't had a period in little over 2 years. So i hope having Griffin will maybe wake me up down there and help get a cycle back. Good luck to you also!! Even if we can't have any more at least we got this one!

Dang! Your a lucky PCOS woman! lol I ended up doing doing the 8months of Clomid(50mg all the way to 150) I ended up getting a very large cyst on my left ovary and had surgery in January of this year! The cyst ended up being 11cm! Luck was on my side and they were able to leave my left ovary and tube! I was really worried they were going to have to take it all. I ended up having AF on my won two cycles in a row!(First time since I was 11!) I was so happy i did the 150mg of Clomid and the blood test showed i didnt ovulate I was so lost and upset. I ended up having the weirdest dream of my life(Osama bin laden kidnapped my husband and I was a magical angel. LOL) i tested right after i woke up and it was positive!   I was so shocked and cried my eyes out! haha I also used Preseed and i think that was the trick!   Thank you! I have never been happier! I cant wait until she is here! haha

I had actually made a doc appointment bc i thought i pulled something at work and i was just letting it pass. Well on week 3 i was thinking alright maybe this thing wont pass (which is when i called) but my boobs had been killing me also so i was like what the heck i've failed like 3,000 pregnancy test why not another. At almost mid-night i drive out to walmart get a test and take it. Thank god i was already just chilling on the pot bc i almost smurf when i saw it was positive lol. the first line showed up and everything stopped running (like the pee) so i thought it was faulty and the neg was in the wrong spot then like a few second later it started back up and showed a pos! Something I'll never forget! While i've always had issues with my periods i went almost 5 years with having them normal. and then everything stopped again for me once i graduated high school which is when i was told i had PCOS. So idk if it's something i've had all my life or just something that came out of nowhere. But i did at one point before i found out what PCOS was and that i had it, i pulled a tube from lifting something that was to heavy for me. And from then on is when i fully stopped having periods.

Haha I know how the BFP is! Haha I was peeing and I was staring at it hoping for a line didn't see one finished my business looked down and saw it! Haha I was in shock! I shoved it in my bra(we were at my husbands grandmas house) and I went outside and called my best friend. LOL I started having my period when I was 9. Then around 11 it just went away and I had it maybe once or twice a year(when I didn get it, it was hell!) Then stoped from the time I was 16-18. Then I got married and thought what the hell. LOL so I started going and found out about the PCOS, then I was on Provera every month to induce my period that was fun. Haha I didn't know you could pull a tube?! Ow! I bet that hurt!

I didn't either! I was moving stuff around in my boyfriends (now husbands) room one night when he was workin, and the next morning i got up to go pee. I walked down to the bathroom just fine, i had to crawl back. I was in so much pain it took me 3 hours to get back to sleep. I just thought maybe stones. Once i woke up later that morning i was fine like nothin happened. So i told my mom and we got into the doctor first thing that day and that's what he told me. Any time he would push on my right side it was like he was stabbing me. Lesson learned use a buddy for liftin heavy things lol.

I think that's a matter of personal opinion and how much you can handle. because I know, I could not handle two that are that young. I told SO we are not having another one for another 7 or 8 years. As one of three I know what it's like to have to split time with Mom, especially a Mom that had to work almost everyday and not come home till late at night. I want to be able to give my undivided attention to my child until they become more independent.
