O i definitely am trying to eat healthy. I dont eat sweets or anything. Im trying to eat more, thats my problem. I dont eat enough. But i have been doing my best, no fast food, i dont drink sodas anyways. But thank you.

It makes me feel like im going to be able to hit my goal.

Its going to be a long process, im 5'2 and 190lbs. I put it off because i wasn't thinking of myself and i think its times i think of myself. I signed up for a 5k the beginning of November. I just want to finish and not be last!

Good for you , I wish I felt comfortable running.
I am the same hight as you and started in jan at 183-185 ish and now Im 139.
Going for 125ish.
Its a long road but deff worth it.

Thank you! I did the couch to 5k a few months ago and it definitely helped. Im not running a full mile yet but i am doing like 4 miles every time i go out. It may not be all running but its farther than anything i have ever done. My goal is to be fit and happy with my body. I kinda like having my butt. so i dont know if i want to be 125lbs. Who knows i may like it but for right now i just want a flat stomach!

lol I like my butt too. but if I have to sacrifice it to get rid of my tummy then I will. lol
Im shaped similar to you too I hold a majority of the weight in my tummy area. its always the last place I loose. its a pain.

I know what you mean. I have never tried to lose weight. This is my first time actively trying to ill see how i feel when i start to lose it.

I hate that mine is in my belly.
