my ex husbands plan

is to walk into the court room and tell the judge that he shouldn't have to pay child support because he doesn't want to. Please share with me what you think the judges reaction will be. I think he will laugh at him personally

lol I think this should be a pretty interesting day in court. I don't understand why he thinks he is different from every other parent in America that pays child support. He thinks of it as he's paying my bills not helping out with his child

no we already have a custody agreement. IDK why he thinks that but he texted me and said "do they not offer insurance where you work or do you just want me to pay your bills for ya"

the way he acts you would think I made DD all by myself...he says he buys just as much as I do but she only goes over there 3 weekends a month and he wouldn't even pay for her lunch and snack last week. He bought half the school supplies but no shoes or clothes all of that had to come from me.

My kids dad is like that too! He thinks that it's only my responsibility to financially support our two kids. He claims to buy them stuff when I supply EVERYTHING for when they go over there. He only has them 3 days a month. He said that he shouldn't have to pay child support because he doesn't have any money even though he has 3 roommates (rent is only $720 a month). And he has new stuff all the time and goes on trips. Makes me irate!
