Best and safest over the counter medicine to use for my constipated 5yr old and 3yr old? it hurt my 3 year old so bad I had to help him cause it got stuck

Doesn't make them horribly crampy and just poo everywhere?

I would call the pediatrician but this is what i found online.

I use apple juice. I have bottles and bottles of it stashed just for my 3y/o to have regular poops.

Glycerin suppositories don't cause cramping and them to poop everywhere that's ddoucolax or biscadoyal suppositoies
