Well I learned my lesson

On my bday Aug 16 I ordered a case for my tablet my dad had bought me. I was supposed to receive it the 20-22nd of August. It's now the 20th of September still no product, I sent a message to the seller and was told to wait awhile. I messaged them last week and they told me I needed to be patient and wait till the 20th. Well it's still not here and still no sign of it. I haven't been treated very well by customer service they basically have copy and pasted the same message to me (to wait blah blah blah) well this is ridiculous. I requested a refund so I could go elsewhere and I'm sure they will just tell me I should have patience. Ridiculous. Don't buy anything from www.focalprice.com, it seemed like a good deal because it was cheap and had free shipping but I guess I should've sucked it up and spent the money to get it from a place I have ordered from previously with no issues.

Yeah it's quite ridiculous. It's irritating cuz DH has ordered several things from other sites AFTER I ordered that and he's received them all. They better give me my money back. I just want a freakin case for my tablet. I was hoping to have a case already for it cuz LO likes to play with it and I'd feel safer if I had a case on it...grr.

And the fact that they said it would be here by now. Don't tell me that it will be shipped in a certain time frame and then it just NOT be here. Constantly telling me that I need to have patience is irritating. No, I will not have patience when it's a month after you said it would be here and it's NOT here.

Lol I would have already blown up on someone, but that's just me. If I pay for something, it needs to be here when you say or I'm going to be pissed.

They probably said to wait that long bc 30 days is usually the window for dispute for most businesses. Being out of that window they figure they're in the clear.
