oh smu*f my water broke!!? :)

i wanna hear your story.
thats the one thing i regret about my past two pregnancies is i scheduled induction and i never experienced the "moment" when i realized i was in labor.
well ive decided since this is my last baby, im GOING to get my moment.

With my first the nurse was coming into check me to see if I needed another dose of cervadil and right as she walked in my water broke lol.
With my son they broke it for me because they had induced me two days before and I wasn't progressing, even with pitocin 

Mine is lame....i woke up and went pee...stopped peeing and there was more still coming out so then i wiped again and it was done so i stood up thinking that it was weird so i squatted and even more came out that was when i yelled for dh, thankfully he stayed home that day thinking today was the day, guess his instincts were right :-)

I had a monitor on so the whole room heard it pop. It was...weird.

I woke up in the middle of the night with menstrual-like cramps. I thought maybe I needed to have a BM. When I went to the bathroom, I lost my plug and had my bloody show. I couldn't sleep, so I got on BG. My water broke while I was sitting at the computer. Nothing exciting.

With my first I was getting into bed for the night and it broke as I was sitting down. With my second the nurses broke it right before I started pushing. I think he would have probably been born in his bag if they didn't lol. I ignored my contractions almost all night with my second until I realized I was up every 5 or so minutes and was getting annoyed so I called the doctor. I'm so grumpy when I'm being woken up lol

My waters didn't break until my daughters started to crown.
With My son my waters broke first and they flooded like a waterfall. Lucky I was On the toilet at the time lol. It was 5am and I needed to pee. Did my business, wiped, and a trickle came out. I was disgusted because I thought I pissed on my hand. Wiped again. Same thing happened so i stood up and they went kasplash

I was laying bed sleeping. I woke up because I had to pee. I started my rolling motion to get out of bed and I felt a pop. It felt like someone snapped a rubberband against my stomach. I jumped up out of bed and a huge gush just came out. I ran to the bathroom because I thought I peed myself but nope it was my water. DH was away training so I woke up my mom and brother. My mom took to the hospital while my brother cleaned everything up. It was so gross. The dog was licking it and chasing me. It was crazy.

Lol I didn't have an o smurf moment either..

I went shopping with my friend the day before I had my son and every couple of steps id get a little trickle. I thought I was peeing myself a little. The next day I had an appointment and found out that i wasnt peeing myself, well maybe a little bit, but it was actually my bag leaking
Soo down to l&d I went

got out of bed at 2am and.....spllllooosh!!!!

I woke up in the middle of the night because I thought I was peeing myself, but I couldn't make it stop lol. My water broke in my sleep

DH came home early from work. We took a nap, I woke up, and my water broke when I stood up next to my bed. I was so grateful it didn't break IN my bed.  

They broke my water at the hospital with my son. Nothing really came out at first because I was laying down. But wen they sat me up for my epi everything came out and waterfalled over the side of the bed. It was kinda gross lol

With my oldest my water broke in the middle of the kitchen as I was making breakfast. It was one of the movie "big gush" moments too, there was a huge puddle in the middle of the kitchen. The funniest part of it, was that I had just started my new work schedule that day, and was due to be at work in an hour, normally I would have already been at work at that time. That would have been embarrassing. Most of my other kids had their water broken at the hospital. With my youngest, I was waiting outside for my kids' school bus to come. My Dr called me on the phone to schedule my induction for the following Tuesday. Not ten minutes later I stood up to greet the bus, and bam, everything was soaked. I figured that the timing was too coincidental, and that there was no way my water had broken, and ended up denying it for the next few hours. Only once I didn't stop leaking did I call and go in, and even then I had them run three different tests to prove it was my water. Denial baby.
