3 levels 10 days each is how it is designed but you can go at your pace.

I lost about 30 pounds doing 30 day shred for more like 6 months off and on. My friend swore by ripped in 30; so I thought I would give it a try. I am only on the 2nd week and am toning slightly but little fat loss. With the 30 day shred, even if I took a long break, after a week of doing it, inches would diminish. Anyone else have the same outcome with ripped in 30?

I've just done day three of level 1, I ache all over but im starting to notice slight changes here and there. And its becoming slightly less torturing to do each day   roll on a week when I can take my measurements again and take my comparison pics

I started yesterday, and quit halfway through it. and did a little today. Tomorrow I AM PUSHING myself through it regardless. Im tired of being FAT! Lol  

well your doing better then me... i need to do it they say its only 20 min video im like why does it take me 45 -60min to do it oh wait bc i have 3 lil kids to attend to if im not at work at a fickin steel factory lifting steel lol
