it made me feel better when I realized every1 *left* me... I was hurt but the person that mattered the most is only 1 who I had left... I went back to school, met other moms, who had older kids so I switched up from going out and partying to hanging out with other moms in same position as me...

I have like 2 single mom friends, but again, since I dont have the baby yet it's kind of awkward. Also, they harbor alot of bitterness (rightfully so) in their hearts and I dont want every convo to be a BD bashing session as I currently live with mine and we are seeing how things unfold :/

You'll find people u will just click with... I remember being preg and couped up in house :/ I used to go to mall a lot and baby shop lol kept my mind off me and his dad breaking up, and me having no *friends* I eventually stopped feeling sorry for myself and drowned my sorrows in delicious mall food, and buying tons of *crap* for my lil pet lol

thought I was the only one. It gets depressing. i actually cry sometimes. Me and bd broke up and he still comes to keep me company and help but when he moves on it will be back to just me. My friends don't come visit. My son is ADHD so I don't like going to other peoples house because he is too much of a handful and I would rather deal with him at home than have him be the annoying child at someone elses house. My family moved to AZ its very lonely.

I lost contact with a lot of my friends too - it's just part of the being in the mommy club process. I'm almost 25 years old with a 2 year old and two stepsons, and it's not typical for people my age to have a family of 5 already, so most of my friends cannot relate to my situation and just avoid me all together. They are all out parting, juggling from guy to guy, or working 3 jobs. (which is fine, but they are just as busy as I am). You will have a blast though finding new mommy friends and getting to take your baby/kids to classes, etc. Good luck to you!! You will definitely not have time to be lonely soon

It's painfully lonely... hence why I had 3 cats and my weekend nights consist hanging out with them and watching TV....
